2. TIME - Do I have enough time?When people say, they don't have enough time; they are often feeling stressed or overwhelmed by things in their life. They don't feel like they have the energy to add anything else right now. In the Good Life Game Plan, we help you focus your time and energy on the things that are important to you. We share with you how you can think and act in ways to increase the energy and excitement in your life. We run the Live Sessions on a Sunday morning so that it does not interfere with work commitments for the majority of people. Another way to look at this TIME question is; Will it be useful for me to learn different ways to think about and manage my time and energy?

FEAR - Will I have to share my personal information? What will I have to do? Will I have to change? What will the other people think of me?


Do I have to share my personal information?

No. We only need your contact details and your commitment to be kind and respectful to yourself and others. We will not ask to see the contents of your  Good Life Game Plan at any time. We may invite you to discuss your thoughts or progress, but we will never expect or pressure you to share anything that you are not comfortable with sharing. For those participating in one-on-one Goal Setting or Song Writing support. You may choose to share content with us so that we can better assist you... what you share is up to you. 


Do I have to do things I don't what to do?

No. This is your life, and we encourage you to choose what you do with it. We are providing you with ways to think about what you want, make a plan and manage your mindset in ways that support you to take the actions you want to take. Do I have to change?No. You choose what is important to you. We do teach you how to think in different ways and understand how your current beliefs and actions impact your current and future life. We do show you how you can learn more about your current beliefs. It's up to you to decide if you want to change any of your beliefs to get the life you want for yourself. 


What if I don't have anything valuable to say in the group sessions?

We will only ask you to give a very brief progress update each week. It can be as simple as telling us which activities you worked on or completed that week. What else you say is up to you. Our experience is that the people who say they don't have anything valuable to say, often end up saying valuable things. 


What if people are mean or judge me?

We want you to feel safe and respected in the Good Life Game Plan, That is why we say to people that they may be removed from the program is they display behaviours that are inappropriate or disrespectful towards you or us. 


We encourage you not to let fear reduce your quality of life; we acknowledge that it can be scary to do new things and meet new people, so Remember: 

The exciting things in life are just on the other side of that initial fear!
