Jennifer Emmett
Director

Jennifer Emmett has over 25 years of experience working in the community sector and founded The Village Leaders in 2020 as a vehicle to collaborate with other community leaders to deliver services and programs to the community services sector.  

Jennifer has experience in organisational leadership and governance, community and affordable housing, employment and training, community arts, event management and performance.

Jennifer has a particular interest in using technology to support organisational management, team training and development, service delivery and community development.

Jennifer provides Organisational Governance Services and Personal Development Programs.

 

Dr Anne Butcher
Director

Dr Anne Butcher is a professional social worker with over 30 years of experience working in the social welfare fields of Community Development, Youth Development, Youth Justice, Residential Care, Child Protection, Disability Services and Women’s services including - domestic and family violence counselling services, sexual assault counselling services, and women’s health and wellbeing programs.  Her experience in working within government and the not-for-profit sector is extensive.  During her illustrious career she has held roles in front line, middle management and senior executive positions.   Dr Anne Butcher is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and a Neuro Change Institute, Accredited Neuro Change Practitioner who uses her knowledge, skills and experience to coach, train and develop individuals and organisations to reach their full potential.

Her memoir titled “I Ruined My Life … Or So They Said” was published in 2020 and outlines her life and the obstacles and challenges she had to overcome to reach her potential.  The learnings from her own life are drawn upon in her work with others to support them to find their purpose in life and reach their ultimate life goals.

Dr Anne Butcher is an Author, Event Speaker, Life and Mindset Coach, and Community Consultant.

 

Deb Rae
Director

Deb is a coach, group facilitator, author and speaker.  She also hosts retreats, a young widows group and other programs for women.

Deb works with individuals to help them understand themself (and others) in a whole new way that allows them to achieve more than they thought was possible.  She also works with teams and organisations to deal with concerns, align around a goal that gives them purpose and satisfaction and work together better than ever.

Deb does this by supporting people to recognise their strengths, take advantage of setbacks and find create ways to solve old problems. She has helped many people see a new perspective that reduces anxiety and creates opportunities.
